Hi, I'm Coach Lisa. I specialize in helping men and women achieve their best selves through personalized fitness and nutrition plans. My journey wasn't always smooth. Like many, I struggled with weight fluctuations, going from 130 lbs to 187 lbs over several years. At 5'3.5", this took a toll on my energy and well-being.
I discovered running at 47, which sparked a passion for fitness and nutrition, and led to significant weight loss and participation in numerous races, including 10 marathons. However, at 58, I realized my demanding career was impacting my health, and I retired to prioritize myself.
Through mindful nutrition and consistent effort, I reached a healthy 138 lbs at 60. Now, I'm dedicated to empowering others over 40 to build sustainable habits, whether it's conquering a race or simply feeling stronger and more confident. Let's design your next chapter together!
